Was glancing through a book a good friend gave sometime back "Happy, 100 tips to feel great".

Red is the most vivid, vibrant color in the spectrum and is also one of the best mood-boosters - its no coincidence that the phrase "painting the town red" is connected with wild celebrations. Try it ourself : put on a red shirt, wear a red hat, try a bright red lipstick, paint your nails scarlet, buy a bunch of red roses, or throw a bright red cushion onto your favorite chair, and watch your spirits soar.
