In a different place, maybe we dun chase?

And so, ive been missing for like ages, literally ages, thats another story for another time, too much to fill, and alot details lost inbetween

Recently, i had this recurring strong idea that keeps coming back. I just wanna earn my money and "retire". But den again, ppl also say, when u love your job, you wouldn't feel the want to retire.

I love my job, very much, although a little demanding physically, and im not getting any younger, I still do, but thats another topic by itself for another day.

I've been recounting my 15daysTaiwan experience these days.(damn, i miss those courageous days). Me and my friend were at Penghu, where we went diving. The dives were operated by a bunch of rescue divers who were rescue divers by day or in their case emergency, and orgainzed and led tours in between their "priorities"

And the place was operated by the boss which they called "教练" or "coach". During all our dives, he was constantly finding "food" like shells, cockles, sea urchins, puffer fishes etc which subsequently became our dinner, of cos accompanied with lotsa the infamous taiwan beer. the interesting thing about this place is that by nightfall, ppl just came by his diving shop like its a gathering point, they sat and talked and drank, and made merry. Food was provided, drinks in this case milk tea or beer were readily available, everyone just came and chilled together.

Me being my first time there thought it was like some big day thats why there were so many people, but apparently not, its like that any other day in their small little shop, at penghu, somewhere off the main island of taiwan.

Yes money still does matter there but its a choice how much weight it holds in us.

And this thought surfaced : 这样也是活,那样也是活,不如那样活?

In our little red dot, i'm constantly chasing, not just me, WE all are constantly chasing. Everyones chasing, just different things, to some, its a Condo by the bay to feel like they made it, others its their first car to get away from the "first class transportation". To me, its the magical number of 4k per month or $600,000 AUM.
