Am enjoying my Hari Raya Holiday right at the comfort of my own surroundings and watching Catch Me If You Can, that steven spielberg / leonardo dicaprio classic right now.

Some things are nv too boring to do, redo or redo all over again, such like sex / slacking at home and of cos watching classics like CMIYC. I first watched this in the cinemas years ago, so many years back that leonardo was young, i was young too, not sure if he did the hand on the window scene already.

After 1 week of reservist which en-cums staring at files / waiting the whole time not sure what you are waiting for / dealing with people who you know will fail terribly in society / clocking day-hours for the sake of clocking it etc... it really dawns upon me that i really love my job becos public holidays are self-declared and not state declared. I get all the freedom and ppl do not treat me for granted. To put it in not so nice terms, im happy im not selling sweat for a living.

New Destinations

As the projects on hand got operational and running automatic, things have more or less gotten back to normal(regression to the norm?), and this leaves me a little unbalanced. Have not been sleeping well the pass 2 weeks due to the project, constantly being bombarded by the boss to get this ready or that sent over. Thats basically wats happening if you haven seen me around.

anyway im doing my reservist now and was told to attend ippt. I managed to postponed it and thus came a new thought. Since theres lesser things on my mind now and things are so much clearer than before, i had just set a new destination to reach.

the 2 high priority on my list now

1. I wanna get ippt silver, if not gold

2. Repay all my motorcycle debts

and so if you have not heard, i've changed my bike to a scooter. am loving every single day of it esp with the time i spent saving and scrimping, making the prize so much more cherished. And of cos with 1 bike coming in, the other had to go, and there within lies the title header. Just like the financial saying goes "you dun know how much u had until u've lost it all"

Cheers to change, nv enjoyed it so much, esp when so much is at stake

I think i have a problem.

The boss mentioned he saw something in me : you might be afraid of success.

somewhere inside me dun wanna work so hard that i dun have my own time for soccer or badminton or the chill out sessions. but everyone wants to succeed, earn that huge pay cheque being successful and rich.

but deep down, another side of me knows that if you want to earn a 10k pay, u need to put in a 10k effort, its the law of exchange, things dun go easy all the time, if ur lucky, once, the most twice, never four five times in a row.
