but how many a times are we able to listen completely to logic and be rational, totally wipe out emotions. Its just like trading and speculating(not investing), everyone knows its bad to trade and speculate cos sooner or later one fine day u'll burn ur fingers and feel stupid about urself for doing stupid things.

it has been around 316321818 days and im finally getting the hang of things. balancing things around income, principle, spontaneity, responsibilities, time, control, emotions, economy, family ... yada yada...

Its not about having 200,000 in ur bank account or having the prettiest lady in ur closet, nor is it the hi-end LED screen hanging in the living room or daily hi-tea sessions.

Life is all about balance, like one of my good friend always said: "too much of something is nv good" too much of logic makes life boring, too much of recklessness makes life directionless.

hopefully this time, i'll grasp it with both hands and nv let go.

i see an opportunity but yet am not in the right position to do anything fruitful.

to me, this is the worst place to be in, knowing wat u know and knowing wat is most likely to happen yet im unable to do anything with both hands tied.

alot of times, we choose the path we take not by choosing it, it is by eliminating all other not so possible choices that we ended up where we are with the easiest choice available and worst of all we are so fixated about it to be out path that we didnt realize we actually did have a choice.

sometimes we call it the system, we call it going with the flow, but by not choosing, you have already chosen.

Call it aged or call it maturity or any moral high ground to justify whatever you think will bring u peace, but these days i just cant bring myself to read too much of young ppl's blog, just 3 or 4 yrs my junior and i think we're living in 2 different worlds, i think im the alien from mars most probably.

sad to say i've lost something quite precious and im kinda sure it will nv come back, as bm said it, the candle of innocence.

Once its gone, its gone. it will nv come back.

back. so much for trying to become the god of gamblers, maybe i should stick to earn save invest.

for now the wanderer in me shall be kept in check until funds permit.
